To support their efforts, I am challenging all spouses and admirers of nurses to celebrate National Nurses’ Week, May 6-12, 2009, by giving $100 or more through TNAP’s donor portal towards the education of the Kenyan RN’s.

I credit the nurses at Moody and Lackland Air Force Bases with helping me to get through my ordeal in 1965 after being injured while a pilot at Moody. A couple of years later I had the good sense to marry a nurse. There is not enough money in my wallet to show all my admiration for nurses but I hope that all of you who have ever loved or admired a nurse will assist me in showing my appreciation!
