Welcome to the web site of The Nurses’ Apron Partnership (TNAP), a grassroots group of American nurses and their friends.Since our founding in 2006 until the end of 2012, TNAP partnered with Burning Bush, Inc., a non-profit microlending organization supporting community development initiatives in Central Kenya, to fund advanced training and education for Kenyan nurses who owned their own practices and worked independent of government agencies. When Burning Bush, Inc., decided to end its mission, we rejoiced with them at the truly remarkable changes that had occurred during our partnership. Sometime in 2013 TNAP will announce a new donor partner.

We invite you to explore this website and learn more about how a collection of vintage kitchen aprons from Tennessee sparked an idea that inspired 50 RN friends and colleagues to form The Nurses’ Apron Partnership.
